Door Supervision
Monarch Security Solutions Limited offer an award winning security solution, providing door supervisors for the late night economy.
We pride ourselves on raising standards of professionalism when dealing with:
• The Client
• The Client’s Customers
• The Local Authorities
• The General Public
We offer a comprehensive package including a wide range of systems and initiatives in order to promote a safe environment that is specific to venues via thorough consultation with the client and interested parties.
In recent years we have been awarded five commendations from local authorities for delivering high standards of operation.
Our main objective is to implement a security solution that will be comprehensive and thorough in its approach and delivery.
The SIA registered Door Supervisors which are deployed are tasked with four primary objectives.
1) Keep danger out
2) Manage risk within
3) Maximise safety to all persons
4) Enhance customer service
This will be the priority of all operatives ensuring that the objectives are met in a necessary, lawful and proportionate manner.
We aim to improve our client’s relationship with both the local authorities and general public in order to help stabilise and grow their business. It has been recognised by interested parties that there are a number of operational issues in relation to the provision of door supervisors deployed in licensed venues within town centre’s and surrounding areas. Historically overtime both locally and nationally it has been highlighted that crime, disorder and licensing infringements occur in licensed venues more frequently when risk management / security is not approached in a responsible manner by all interested persons.
The Licensing Act 2003 specifically outlines the objectives that licensees / companies are required to promote and manage. This is monitored by a number of agencies who will seek to prosecute any action that is deemed unlawful. Regulatory crime covers a broad range of regulations that licensees must adhere too.
Monarch Security Solutions Ltd will where necessary meet with all interested parties in order to produce a tailor made security brief that takes into consideration:
• Specific operating schedules
• Historic information / issues / performance specific to the premise
• Operation issues within the town centre and immediate surrounding areas
• Local Authority initiatives / Pub watch / Best Practice
• Client requests / Company specifics
• Risk Elements (In the venue / surrounding area)
• Local authority relations / liaison
• Venue specific promotions / music policy
• Premise & Plant
